Terms of sale

1 · The work

Each MODULAR work is a one-of-a-kind original — produced once, sold once. It is supplied as a 13 × 18 cm fine art giclée print on 200gsm enhanced uncoated paper, or as a stretched canvas, signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

2 · Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in euro and are inclusive. Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The programme receives the funds once the payment is settled.

3 · Production and delivery

Production begins within 24 hours of purchase. Cards are printed and shipped by an EU-based print partner. Within the EU, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from production; outside the EU, 7–14 working days.

4 · One of a kind

Every work exists exactly once. When a work is acquired, it is removed from sale permanently and is no longer available for purchase. It remains visible in the archive for reference.

5 · Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the work, without reason. Return it in its original condition; on a completed refund the work is returned to the catalogue and made available again.

6 · Liability and warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The programme operator is not liable for damage caused by misuse, exposure to direct sunlight, or improper framing after delivery.

7 · Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Malta. The place of jurisdiction for commercial customers is the competent court in Malta.
